Has anyone tried out menu planning as a New Year Resolution? How's it going? I want to know what's on YOUR menus!

  1. I started out planning my menu monthly about 2 1/2 years ago. It took time to get into it, but I like it now.

    Your menu sounds great. What do you do for cube steak? Have a great day.

  2. Hi Cheryl!

    Usually with cube steak I will put it through a flour dredge and just cook it in a pan with a little olive oil, much like country fried steak. Easy, cheap, they don't take up much freezer space and it's something other than chicken or ground turkey, which we usually eat!

    Are your menus posted anywhere? I'd love to read them!
